Retained Firefighter Jennie WILLIAMS was awarded a Letter of Appreciation for her actions in rendering assistance to two elderly people trapped in a vehicle by flood waters at the Thompson Street Causeway Cootamundra NSW, on 1 November 2015 by reassuring and comforting them until the Ambulance arrived.
